2. Payment Confirmation

By making a payment on our portal, you confirm and agree that:

  • All service(s) details are provided as accurate 
  • You have reviewed the service(s) before booking and making payments 
  • You abide to this Refund Policy

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only when: 

  • The service(s) requests has not commenced under the agreed terms 
  • A duplicate payment is made for the same service request 
  • Service provider fails to show up or cancels without rescheduling 

4. Non-Refundable Conditions 

Refunds will not be processed when the following conditions apply: 

  • Change of mind after booking and making payments 
  • Service(s) has already commenced 
  • Customer provides incorrect information 
  • Failure to be available at the scheduled time(s) for order fulfillment 

5. Refund Request Timeline

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of payment or service issue 
  • Refund will not be processed once order has commenced 
  • Late requests will not be considered 

6. Processing of Refunds

  • Refunds Approved within the timeline will be processed within 5–10 business days 
  • Approved Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
